The Red Theatre

The gorgeous red velvet theatre plays host to a number of puppet shows using various types of puppets, ranging from large Muppet style to traditional carved wooden puppets. The size is approximately 1.5 by 1.5mts and it comes complete with powerful sound equipment enabling it to be heard by large crowds.

Little Red Riding Hood

Set to an upbeat musical score, our traditional retelling of Little Red Riding Hood is entertaining for all ages. Two puppeteers use audience participation and comedy to help bring this age old tale alive for today’s children. This show is also fun for the big kids, with great music and humour for everyone.

This show also includes pre show entertainment: Elvis and the jailbirds singing Jailhouse Rock and the Singing Worms performing a Hannah Montana favourite.

Set in the ‘Red Velvet Theatre’, the show and pre show entertainment runs for approximately 30 minutes. Professional sound equipment is provided.

Cost: For local events one show costs: $450 (plus GST).
Extra shows cost from $200 plus GST, depending on length of time between shows and other factors.
