Terms and Conditions of Hire A non refundable deposit of $10 is required when you book your cylinder. A $100 bond is required upon receipt of the cylinder, which is refunded upon return of cylinder and regulator in working condition. If the cylinder or regulator is damaged this may result in a forfeit of or part of the deposit. The regulator must be REMOVED from the cylinder when transporting. Kits can be picked up 2 days prior to an event and if nessecary you will be given a lesson in inflating a balloon.
Points To Note One balloon per square foot will give you good ceiling cover. Hand tighten regulator, do not use spanner. Remove regulator from cylinder before transporting. Latex Balloons will stay afloat for approximately 10 hours, depending on the volume of the balloon and the locations temperature. Foil and bubble balloons will stay afloat for at least one week. It takes one person approximately 1 hour to inflate 100 balloons. Even when using balloon clips it is best to knot the balloon first to ensure no helium escapes fromt he balloon.
