Directions:
Fill the urn with as much cold water as you want to, up to the max fill mark at the most.2: Insert the percolator stem and tray.3: Fill the tray with coarsely ground coffee. Approximately ½ cup of ground coffee for every 10 cups of water. If you want a stronger coffee add more coffee grounds. So if you are filling up the urn to the max line you would need 5 cups of ground coffee. I suggest adding an extra cup or so of coffee for a stronger coffee.
Switch the urn on. Allow around an hour to make a full urn of coffee.
Set the temperature to around 100 degrees and leave to boil. (This can take up to an hour for the large urn)
Once you hear the boiling water in the urn leave it to boil for around 10 to 15 minutes before turning the urn down too low to keep warm.
Leave the coffee to sit for a few minutes before serving.
